Labor Day Weekend Excursion

Executives of the A.P.R.R. took some time out from its hectic schedule to pay a little tribute to Labor Day weekend and had a crew take out NYC Hudson J-1-E  #5343 with a string of freight cars out for a little run.

Every holiday weekend the A.P.R.R. likes to have special trains running as management always hosts friends over for some type of dinner party. Inquiries are always made about the railroad, so we try to show something that would catch the eye....

Have a great Labor Day weekend!

    1. That was awesome. Didn't know the APRR had such cool looking legacy steam power. Kudos to the NYCTL paint shop for a great looking caboose. Thx
