Proper planning prevents poor performance!!! Nice job getting all that PCCM traffic that arrived in Rock Ridge Yard delivered and blocked and ready for local deliveries and interchange. A nicely paced set of car movements that will pay big dividends in the next installment which I'm looking forward to. Nice work Sir Neal!!!
