P.C.C.M. #76 Part 2 - The Outbound Continues

Welcome back to the continuation of our P.C.C.M. #76 featuring Sir John's N.Y.C.T.L. and PC Ralph's K. P. & W. Penn Central inspired layouts!

We're back in Rock Ridge Yard where our day begins....

AP RS-1 #200 is at the ready. They'll head over to Cargill and Tropicana. 1/87th Scale Dan is at the throttle along with his brakeman Stuart...

Since this is a local within the Rock Ridge yard limits, they'll do the run without the caboose and Stuart will ride on the head end.

Let's take a look at the move out of Cargill..

And now on to Tropicana..

Now back to Rock Ridge...

Back in the yard, AP #200 sets off the freight cars...

Next up, AP GP38-2 #303 with 1/87th Scale NJ John and his brakeman Bob head out to Shapeless Steel..

NYC Double Door Box Car is heading over to Shapeless Steel where it will be dropped off and loaded with Steel Banding for Port Owen Brick Co.

Here we see NYC 47062 being dropped off at Shapeless Steel..

And picking up a pair of PC Gondolas that will head out to Acme Auto Parts on the K.P. & W.

The moves are completed and they head back home...

Two moves down, and there's one more move to make...

AP SW1500 #100 with 1/87th Scale Engineer JP in the seat, pulls a few cars that will be heading out. The Corning Covered hopper came back from Pennsylvania Glass Sand in Millville to head back up to Corning Glass..

Here's the move over at American Hardware....

Last move in the yard is for AP 58260 from Mikes Lumber for Superior Furniture in Empire City and add it to the block of cars headed to Terminal Yard...

Now that we have all the freight in the yard, blocked and ready for departure, we'll cut it here for today. Tomorrow we'll send this train out to Weehawken and Selkirk with parts of the train going to West Mill on the K.P. & W. and Empire City on the N.Y.C.T.L. !!

Acknowledge continuing yard work and train building in and around Rock Ridge Yard.

    Terminal Yard out...

The A.P.R.R. crews continue doing a fine job keeping the freight cars moving!! I've really liked seeing the APRR taking cares of it's business. Videos were very well done!!! Looking forward to seeing the outbound trains getting dispatched!!

Acknowledge yard work performed by crews on A.P.R.R. units 200, 303, and 100.

    West Mill out.

Always a pleasure to watch those good looking orange units do their thing! Nice videos of the action. I especially liked the set out of the KP&W boxcar #15638! West Mill anticipates the arrival of cars being sent its way by the A.P.R.R. via Weehawken!
