Welcome back to the final outbound portion of Penn Central Car Movement #81 on the Atlantic Pacific Railroad!

We left off with AP Train REW-1 from Rock Ridge to Weehawken - A manifest train heading to Terminal Yard on the N.Y.C.T.L.

We see AP 304 at Weehawken along side a Penn Central caboose. On the adjacent track is PC 6533

The PC caboose will be added to the train as it gets into position...

The train is ready for departure. Let's watch this intriguing video of PC Extra 6533 departing Weehawken...

Back over at Rock Ridge, the Penn Central has sent a crew to take this 'hot' train from Rock Ridge to Terminal Yard. Penn Central #7675 left Weehawken earlier today with a caboose for Rock Ridge Yard...

PC 7675 has arrived at Rock Ridge...

The engine pulls up to the signal at CP Rock...

AP 200 with 1:87 NJ John making the build on the west ladder...

He adds the caboose to the end of the train....

Let's check out PC Extra 3175 departing Rock Ridge Yard...

PC Extra 3175 is heading out thru Little Jamaica. A fueling and crew change in Selkirk and their next stop will be Terminal Yard...

    West Mill out.

Outbounds from Rock Ridge have been successfully dispatched! The connection between the A.P.R.R. and the Penn Central is firmly established as the PC gets the handover at Weehawken. I like PC #3175 with the rare orange C in the mating worms logo. Supposedly it was a nod to the New Haven but I wonder if it wasn't actually in recognition of its partner, the A.P.R.R.!
