Welcome back to the second part of the outbound portion of P.C.C.M. #85 on the A.P.R.R.
Today we're going to head right into the yard with a pair of MP15DC engines #106 & 107 who will handle the build along with AP #105 which is another MP15DC engine. Here are today's jobs....

AP #105 starts to pull a cut of cars off track "C". This cut of cars are all destined for Terminal Yard in Empire City...
The cars are dropped on Rock Ridge Yard outbound track #2...
A pair of GP60 AP engines #600 & #601 have come up from Richmond Hill Engine Terminal as they will take the train to Weehawken Yard. It will be handed off to the Penn Central who will run it up to West Mill and then on to Selkirk..
AP #107/106 pull the empty gondolas that were being stored in the freight yard which will go to Gervais Pipe on the N.Y.C.T.L.
They pull the 4 PC PS-2 covered hoppers....
And add them to the rest of the block for Terminal Yard...
A few more cars are pulled from track "A" and will get added to the train...
The Tropicana car will be at the end of the block for Terminal Yard and the N.Y.C.T.L. The next set of cars will be destined for West Mill on the K.P.D on track "B"....
All three engines are working in tandem to get this build set to head out...
The guys on AP 106/107 add the caboose to the end of this train and then shove the 8 cars to the end of the train. The last 7 cars are for the K.P.D.
Now that the tracks are clear and the train is just about ready to depart, AP 105 backs into the yard on to the east ladder...
The guys cut away from the caboose...
The crew of what will be AP Train RW-1 fire up the engine..
They get the signal to depart the yard. Next stop, Weehawken!!
Train RW-1 Rock Ridge to Weehawken Yard is on it's way.
That concludes the outbound portion of P.C.C.M. #85 on the A.P.R.R.

The list of jobs once again makes it very easy to railfan the action at Rock Ridge! Train RW-1 is a looonnngg freight! The APRR had a lot on its plate for outbounds this time! It was a pleasure to watch it roll by. Are those some of your new signals we're seeing?
The dwarf signals as you approach the Rock Ridge yard Limits are new. The one Pennsy signal behind the right dwarf is new as well... More signal installations to follow!
