Welcome back to the continuation of the outbound portion of P.C.C.M. #100 on the A.P.R.R.
Today's crew over at Rock Ridge Yard has Yardmaster NJ John directing traffic within the yard. It's going to be a busy day since there's a lot of freight heading out on train. In addition, the cars need to be blocked so when they arrive at West Mill, the cars for the KPD can be pulled off before heading to Selkirk...
In MP15 #105 is Mark and in AP #106/107 is Kai. Both are senior engineers on the railroad.
The moves in the yard begin...
The cars for the KPD start to get blocked..
Some cars for the N.Y.C.T.L. are pulled as well...
That string of empty coal hoppers gets added to the train..
Need Juice? We have Juice!
You've noticed at many eastern railroads have been serving our railroads for many years. That LV White with the red & black flag is classic! of course we'll never forget the Penn Central and their variations of the PC logo...
AP GP38-2 engines #302 & #304 arrive at Rock Ridge. Norman has brought the engines over to the yard and Dan will run the freight train with Stuart in the caboose over to Weehawken. A crew change will take place at Weehawken and a Penn Central Crew will take the train north to West Mill and Selkirk..
Dan is ready to depart...
Next stop - Weehawken, West Mill, Selkirk and on to Terminal Yard...
This concludes the outbound portion of P.C.C.M. #100 on the A.P.R.R. Make sure you check out the outbound portion for this monumental P.C.C.M. on...

Terminal Yard out...
A very nice closing of your outbound moves Sir Neal!!! The Weehawken Transfer was a substantial train and the meet with RP-4 was well choreographed. Those are some nice looking tank cars!!! I also forgot how nice the string of AP coal hoppers looks. Very impressive when blocked like that! Once again I salute the crew at Rock Ridge Yard for their efficient handling of the PCCM freight traffic! Terminal Yard looks forward to the arrival of the PCCM freights cars and the crew will be ready to receive them and keep them moving to their intended destinations.

West Mill appreciates the blocking of cars that will be set out for them by the Weehawken to Selkirk transfer. Nice highlighting of the eastern railroads often seen at Rock Ridge along with the notable freelanced APRR and EBRR, oh..and the KP&W as well! The meet with the tank car train was very cool! Rock Ridge is a great place to railfan!
