New York - New Jersey Ops #1 - Part 2

Welcome back to the continuation of our Inaugural Launch of our New York-New Jersey Ops.

We're back in the yard as the first job to go is train RE-2 - Ideal Auto Parts. AP MP15's #106/107 with Kai in the seat...


A pair of NYC 86' Auto Parts cars will be dropped off at Ideal Auto Parts to be loaded for Ford Auto in Mahwah, NJ. They'll be pulling an NYC and PRR 86' Box Cars for the Ford Plant in Louisville, KY. A trio of AP and EB Auto Parts cars will head to the Ford Plant in Bedford, NY on the NYCTL...


Kai heads out as train RI-4...


Over at Ideal, we see the cars that will be pulled from the siding. The 3 APRR Auto Parts cars are already over at Rock Ridge Yard...


Kai starts to switch Ideal Auto Parts...


Kai now heads back to Rock Ridge Yard...


Kai arrives back at the yard via CP Rock. The limits at CP South prohibits 86' freight cars from entering the yard due to track clearances...


The yard crew drops the cars on West Ladder track 3...


...And the shorter cars on A/D track 'C'...


Over at the Rock Ridge Yard Limits, a Penn Central crew has arrived to take some freight cars to Morrisville, PA for distribution to various non- NYNJ op industries...



The crew checks in with 1:87 Tower Operator Rich T for his orders...


Yardmaster 1:87 NJ John gives the orders to the crew and gets them ready...


The yard crew pulls the auto parts cars for the Ford Plant in Louisville, KY plant...


The empty P&LE cars will head to Nabisco to be loaded with cookies. The B&M cars that came from the Chicopee, MA Paper Mill will head down to Triangle Publications with paper rolls...


The Penn Central crew is ready to depart...


They await the signal...


...And head out...


Next stop, Morrisville, PA!!
