Welcome back to the continuation of the outbound portion of P.C.C.M. #101 on the A.P.R.R. Today's work will entail building the train heading to Kings Port and West Mill on PC Ralph's Kings Port Division Railroad.
The yard crew is getting ready to start working the freight cars heading to the KPD. 1:87 NJ John and engineer Matt go over today's work...
Over by Cargill, 1:87 Engineer JP will work both Cargill and R.M.O Electric once NJ John gives him the okay to bring over his outbound cars...
First pull is the Hostess covered hopper that will head to Hostess on the N.Y.C.T.L.
Next are 2 empty coal hoppers from the KP&W that will head back to West Mill for future loading...
JP needs a signal in order to proceed to Rock Ridge...
...And now he can proceed to the yard via CP Rock
JP shoves the cars and the yard crew takes them off his hands...
JP waits for the signal...
And heads back to Cargill...
The coal hoppers are added to the A/D tracks where the final build will happen...
Over at Rock Ridge East Yard, M&E Extra 18 with Steve in the cab and his trusty conductor Bob head out to pick up the PS-2 covered hoppers from County Concrete in Morristown, NJ to be refilled at Tri Mount Cement on the KPD...
A short time later, Steve is back with the PS-2 hoppers...
Later in the day, Extra M&E 18 heads out to drop the hoppers at Rock Ridge Yard...
A quick stop at CP South Industrial...
And the cars are dropped on the A/D tracks...
One more time at CP Industrial South and Steve can get on his way...
Steve and Bob are back in their yard. I say 'their' yard as that's their home base...
Meanwhile, over at Little Jamaica Interlocking, there's quite a line up. One Mainline track 2, EB 8163 has a pair of Penn Central cabooses that will be used for both outbound trains. Over on Rock Ridge yard track 1 is a pair of Penn Central GP40's that will be motive power for the KPD train. Over on Rock Ridge yard track 2 is a trio of Penn Central F7A/B/A engines that will be used for the train to the NYCTL...
On further inspection, 1:87 Norman will drop off the cabooses for each train...
PC GP40 3111/3141 awaits the approach to Rock Ridge Yard...
Tower operator Rich gives him the approach and the PC crew will bring in the engines...
The crew stops at CP Industrial South Tower...
...And slowly works their way in to the yard where they're greeted by NJ John and his crew...
Some moves now need to happen since the engines for the Kings Port Division railroad are on the property...
This is going to be a long train for the KPD...
Norman starts his approach to Rock Ridge Yard...
Norman and Rich touch base...
And has moved to the industrial secondary track and will wait for another move to happen...
The Penn Central crew is ready to depart Rock Ridge Yard. However, the train needs to be inspected before departure...
Let's watch Yardmaster NJ John walk the train for the final inspection...

PC Extra 3111 has the signal and will head out thru Weehawken, up the River Line and on to West Mill and Kings Port on the KPD...

Nice work dispatching Extra 3111 to West Mill via Weehawken!!!! The M&E crew and engines as always look great. The AP switch engines continue to efficiently keep Rock Ridge Yard fluid and the freight traffic moving. Nice to see EBRR make a cameo appearance!!! Well done Sir Neal. Terminal Yard is standing by!!
