Welcome back to the inbound portion of Penn Central Car Movement on the Atlantic Pacific Railroad!

Today we have inbound freight coming from Sir John's N.Y.C.T.L. Railroad and PC Ralph's K.P.D. Railroad

PC Extra 2370 from West Mill via Weehawken has arrived with PS-2 Cement Hoppers from the KPD for County Concrete in Morristown. These will be dropped off on the West Harold Secondary and the M&E Railroad will pick them up for final delivery to County Concrete...

PC Extra 2370 heads on to the West Harold Secondary...

The crew checks in at CP West Harold for final instructions...

They pick up the caboose off the train and will head back to Weehawken...

Over at Little Jamaica Interlocking, PC Extra 3175 has returned from the NYCTL with the covered hoppers from Pier 16 Grain Silos for Cargill, loaded coal hoppers for R.M.O. Electric, and 4 ballast hopper cars for the APRR maintenance division for track work...

PC Extra on the move to Rock Ridge Yard...

PC Extra at CP Industrial South...

The train arrives at Rock Ridge Yard...

The APRR Yard crew wastes no time and starts to break down the train for the consignees...

The caboose will go with the engines to Weehawken for their next assignment...

The ballast hoppers will be taken to Richmond Hill Engine Terminal by their crew...

The engines are getting ready to depart...

Meanwhile, AP SW1500 #100 has picked up the hopper cars and coal cars and brought them over to the Rock Ridge Industrial Complex for delivery to Cargill and R.M.O. Electric...

The caboose is now being moved to the engines on the departure track by CP Industrial South so the crew can spot the ballast hopper cars on the east ladder...

Ballast Hoppers are now spotted on East Ladder track 4...

PC Train 3175/3148 departs Rock Ridge Yard caboose light...

Over at Rock Ridge East Yard, M&E Engines #18 & 19 pick up the cement hoppers on the West Harold Secondary track...

...And the cars are dropped in Rock Ridge East Yard...

The last deliveries for the day are back over at the Rock Ridge Industrial Complex. First drop are the coal hoppers for R.M.O. Electric...

Final delivery at Cargill are the six covered hoppers from Pier 16 Grain Silos....

The moves are completed and AP #100 is tied down for the day..

Nice cooperative work between the Penn Central, Atlantic Pacific, and Morristown and Erie to wrap up this weekend op! Grain hoppers, coal hoppers, and cement hoppers featured in this series made their respective journeys of loading and unloading and have been nicely delivered to their final destinations. Even though we limited the car forwarding to a hopper theme there was still plenty of work for the APRR to complete. Great job!
